At VitalGo we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our Total Lift Bed parts. Please review our return policy to understand your rights and obligations.

Eligibility for Returns

• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Condition of Parts: Parts must be returned in their original condition, unused, and free of damage.
• Original Packaging: Items must be returned with all original packaging and documentation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or special-order parts.
• Parts that have been installed, used, or altered in any way.
• Clearance or final sale items.

Return Process

• Return Authorization (RA):
  • Contact our customer service team at sales@vitalgosys.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
• Shipping:
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Please use a trackable shipping method and insure the shipment for its value.

• Inspection and Processing:
  • Once received, all returned items will be inspected.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 10 business days of inspection approval.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• A 15% restocking fee may apply, except for defective items or errors caused by us.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

• Notify us within 7 days of receiving the part.
• We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
