    Eligibility for Returns

    • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • Condition of Parts: Parts must be returned in their original condition, unused, and free of damage.
    • Original Packaging: Items must be returned with all original packaging and documentation.

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Custom or special-order parts.
    • Parts that have been installed, used, or altered in any way.
    • Clearance or final sale items.

    Return Process

    • Return Authorization (RA):
      • Contact our customer service team at sales@vitalgosys.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
      • Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
    • Shipping:
      • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
      • Please use a trackable shipping method and insure the shipment for its value.

      • Once received, all returned items will be inspected.
